    Eric J. Neidlinger practices in the areas of real estate, business and commercial services, and litigation. Mr. Neidlinger represents owners, developers, builders, and contractors in all aspects of the acquisition, financing (debt and equity), development, ownership, leasing and sale of commercial and residential real estate projects, and has also represented owners in landlord-tenant and fair housing matters, lenders in the negotiation and documentation of commercial loans, and businesses in transactional, employment and litigation matters.  Additionally, Mr. Neidlinger provides clients with full service representation with respect to alcoholic beverage licensing matters, including filing applications for new permits and permit renewals, maintaining escrowed permits, appearing at hearings before local and state alcohol permit boards, negotiating compliance issues, locating permits for sale by private owners, negotiation and closing private permit sales and facilitating the corresponding transfer approvals by the state.

     

    Prior to joining Keller Macaluso, Mr. Neidlinger spent ten years as in-house counsel for the largest developer of Low Income Housing Tax Credit multifamily apartment communities in the United States, where he provided counsel to the company's owners and executive officers on matters related to its business interests and activities in the areas of real estate development, transactions and land use, fair housing and employment laws, insurance and liability.

     

    Outside the Office

    Eric is the proud parent of a high school-aged daughter and a middle school-aged son. In his free time, Eric enjoys outdoor pursuits with his children, including fishing, biking, golf, attending their school- and club-based sports events, and gatherings with friends and family. He has coached youth sports teams through Carmel Dads' Club each year since 2003, and roots for the Scecina Memorial Crusaders, Carmel Greyhounds, Franklin College Grizzlies, Indians, Pacers, Colts and Cincinnati Reds.
